This candle's fragrance oil is very sweet, so it needs a long burn time of around 4 hours to reach a full melt pool. Please only burn it when you've got a lot of time spare! Otherwise, your candle could tunnel. If your candle does tunnel, don't panic! It's likely that when the flames reach further down the tin, the aluminium will heat up and dissolve excess wax. If you're unhappy with the product performance, please drop us an email and we'll get it sorted! If you can't be arsed with the faff, I'd get wax melts instead ;)
